G.R.I.E.F. Retreat Group

Gather with me, from your home, retreat style for a weekly 1 hour session to receive support and tools to navigate loss and grief.

When I first experienced loss and grief, I did not know where to turn to. I was lost, heart-broken, frustrated, confused, and I did not have the support and tools that I could have so deeply used. I am creating this group because I want to hold this important space for you. 

What you'll experience in this G.R.I.E.F. retreat group:

  • 6 sessions of weekly 1 hour retreat style group gatherings where we work through my grief and loss course that follows the acronym of G.R.I.E.F.
  • Through LIVE coaching, guided meditation, somatic healing, and takeaway practices, I will give you the tools to mindfully navigate grief. 
  • In this group you are invited to have breakdowns and breakthroughs. You can share or observe, and curl up in a blanket to receive what it is that you need. 

What is the acronym of G.R.I.E.F.?

In 2022, I released a course on the global app Insight Timer, called "Mindfully Navigate Loss Through G.R.I.E.F."  The feedback that I have receiving is so touching and impactful, that I am now taking this course to the next level, here! Where we can actually meet face-to-face (from home), connect, and explore each topic and practice deeper. 

An overview of the acronym of G.R.I.E.F. is as follows...

Week 1: Becoming Grounded in your mind and body with self-compassion and care.

Week 2: Releasing stored emotions and Restoring balance

Week 3: Interoception and finding the I in grief. 

Week 4: Energetic alignment and Exchange.

Week 5: Finding YOU and Finding Signs.

Week 6: A gathering for connection, reflection, conversation and yes, even celebration!

The steps of G.R.I.E.F. are nurturing, healing, caring, and will connect you deeply with yourself to give YOU more of what you need right now. By joining this group, you will Iearn to regulate your nervous system and you will release emotions that you have stored in your body. You will understand how to listen to your body and communicate your needs to yourself and to others. You will become energetically aligned and you will set healthy boundaries for yourself that support your mind, body, and heart. You will set weekly intentions and have the support of a beautiful community. And SO MUCH MORE.

Each week, you will also have the opportunity for LIVE coaching, where I fully support you in navigating anything that is coming up in life for you.
